This is my 2nd experience using Rover. I have been delighted with both. My Samantha has been well looked after- fed, brushed and cuddled. Love getting the pictures after each visit, it’s very reassuring. I hope to have a long relationship with Camille and Rover.

The Rover App is easy to use and it’s really nice they have checked out caregivers. This was our first experience with Rover and feel very satisfied. Holly took excellent care of our dog and she truly cares for animals. We have booked and asked her again to take care of our Maddie.

I just used Rover for the first time and had a very good experience. I had to reach out to Customer Service regarding first-time user discount and got a reply quickly that was very helpful. My dog walker was great. Overall, I’d recommend Rover to others.

Our kitties were well taken care of during our trip. One of our kitties needed medication on his ear for hyperthyroidism and she was able to gain his trust so she could apply his medication.

Sonya came with high reviews so we chose her to care for our dog, Juno. She was very open to communication, sent photos, and gave updates. She took Juno on lots of walks.

First I want to say that I am grateful for the website and all the help folks provide to pet owners. The individual was nice and flexible with drop off and pick up times. I rated the individual prior to realizing something was off with my dog. My dog is hyper BUT he settles down after a while. If you take him on a walk, he attempts to lead the way for the first 5-10 minutes. He recently had back-to-back knee surgery and I know how he responds to medication. With that being said, my dog appeared to be medicated on the day my husband picked him up. I reached out to the individual about his tiredness and to ensure his stay went okay. The response was more of my dog had a lot of energy. Nevertheless, other than eating his dinner, he slept the whole day. He couldn’t even interact with anyone in the house nor play with his toys. I waited until the next day to review his response and sure enough, he was back to normal. This was sad, scary, and disappointing. I would use the service again during emergencies however not the same person.

This app is a life saver for pet parents. The sitters we worked with have been professional, knowledgeable and very good with our doggo. Some of them go out of their way to care for our pet while we are away and it's been a great experience using Rover for our pet sitting needs!

My experience of using Rover was very good. I found my dog sitter Molly. I had three sitters in my area to contact which was good .Molly lived near to me so she was able to visit and the dogs took to her very well. I was going away for over 2weeks and wanted to feel that my dogs and house were looked after well. Molly sent me messages and videos of the dogs whilst I was away. She looked after the dogs and house were looked after very well. I will be using Molly again.

I’m happy to have access to this great service, I have had great dog boarder and dog walker experiences using Rover. The provider reviews and calendar availability help with making a decision on who to choose to care for our beloved pet friends.

Rover provides a nice service arranging pet sitters with pet owners. We found a great sitter, a gentleman supplementing his income while in college. The down side to Rover appears to be the amount of money they receive for each visit. I have to pay an additional 11% over the stated visit price and then they also deduct money from the sitter's pay (I believe it's between 10-20%).

I was able to chose from several pet sitters. The pet sitter I chose was awesome! I was able to meet our sitter beforehand and Rover.com was easy to use.
